I'll admit I have a problem. Clothes clothes clothes all over!
But without sacrificing my love for clothes I have decided instead to be more thrifty with my cheese.
How? by shopping the USED
you won't believe the things you'll find and for what price!
There's just something so rewarding about finding little treasures; instead of getting something generic, you actually end up buying unique, one of a kind items.
I use to thrift once upon a time, but thanks to Darcie my interest has reignited with the sole objective of getting more bang for my buck, as well as getting buys with more character.
Aside from this, some thrift stores don't tax, and THATS NOT ALL, many of them are dedicated to donating their earnings to organizations geared towards cancer research (which makes me feel a lot better about spendng my money).
Double kudos!
Double kudos!
Here's a few of my recent buys:
grandpa sweater, red top, high waisted shorts, earrings, clutches, and bags, all for under $50 :)
Although at first the aspect of wearing someone else's used clothing can be a little uncomfortable, its nothing a little soap, water, and softener can't fix!
